Outsourced finance and controlling

The complete finance function — from bookkeeping to CFO-level decision support.

Growing companies usually hit the same wall: the bookkeeping is handled, but nobody explains what the numbers actually mean. A full-time finance director is expensive, and there isn't always enough work for one. That's the gap we fill — you get as much financial leadership as you actually need.

What we do

CFO-as-a-Service

Regular but part-time financial leadership. A few days a month covering management reporting, liquidity oversight, planning and support for owner-level decisions.

Interim CFO

A fully-fledged finance director for a transitional period — a resignation, parental leave, a transaction or a period of rapid growth — productive from week one.

Chief accountant services

Qualified chief accountant responsibility and professional oversight, if needed on top of your existing bookkeeping team. Statutory accounts, tax filings and dealings with the authorities.

Fully outsourced finance operations

Bookkeeping, payroll, receivables and payables, payment preparation and reporting — from one provider, with consistent processes and clear accountability.

Controlling

Building a management information system: defining KPIs, a monthly reporting pack, budget-versus-actual analysis, margin analysis and liquidity planning. We don't hand over spreadsheets, we hand over a basis for decisions.

Planning and business modelling

Annual business plans, rolling forecasts and cash flow models — in a form that works for your bank, your investors and you.

What you get

  • A clear management report, ready on the same day every month
  • Predictable liquidity — your bank balance is no longer the planning tool
  • Finance leadership capacity without a full-time salary
  • One accountable contact for the entire finance function
  • Numbers you can put in front of an auditor or a bank at any time

Who it's for

  • Companies of 5–100 people in a growth phase
  • Businesses where bookkeeping works but management information is missing
  • Owners spending too much of their time on financial admin
  • Hungarian subsidiaries of foreign-owned groups

Frequently asked questions

Do I have to replace my current accountant?

Not necessarily. For many of our clients the existing bookkeeping stays in place and we add the controlling and financial leadership layer on top. If bookkeeping itself is the bottleneck, we can take that over too.

How long does the transition take?

A typical onboarding takes 4–6 weeks: assessment, data handover, designing the reporting structure, then closing the first full month on our processes.

How does pricing work?

We usually work on a monthly fixed fee tied to an agreed scope of services. That way you know what to expect, and we can plan our capacity.

An informal 30-minute conversation is usually enough to see where the pain is and whether we can help. It's free and comes with no obligation.
