2. What we collect and why
There is exactly one place on this website where we collect personal data: the contact form. You will find it on the Contact page and on the page about our AI advisory service.
- Data processed
- Name and email address (required); company name, phone number, enquiry topic and the text of your message (entirely up to you).
- Purpose
- To answer your enquiry, to make contact with you, and to conduct the related correspondence.
- Legal basis
- Your consent — Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. You give it by ticking the checkbox before submitting the form, and you may withdraw it at any time without giving reasons.
- Is providing data mandatory?
- Providing your data is voluntary. However, without a name, an email address and a message we cannot answer your enquiry.
Like any web server, the server hosting this site keeps technical logs of requests, which may include the visitor's IP address. We process these solely for operational security and troubleshooting, on the basis of our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), for a short period, and we do not link them to the data submitted through the form.
3. How long we keep the data
- If the enquiry does not lead to an engagement: for one year after the enquiry is closed.
- If a contractual relationship is established: in line with the rules governing that relationship, including statutory accounting and tax retention obligations.
- If you withdraw your consent: we delete your data without undue delay, unless the law requires us to retain it.
4. Who has access to the data
Access is limited to those of our colleagues who need it in order to answer your enquiry. We do not sell your data, do not pass it to third parties for marketing purposes, and do not use it for profiling.
We use the following processors to operate the service:
- Google Ireland Limited (Google Workspace)
- Provides our corporate email. Messages submitted through the form arrive as email in our own mailbox. Processing location: European Union.
- Vercel Inc. (website hosting)
- Provides hosting and delivery of the website. Form processing runs specifically on a European Union (Frankfurt) server. The provider is established in the United States, so the transfer is safeguarded by a data processing agreement and Standard Contractual Clauses.
We previously used an external form service; we deliberately discontinued it so that your data is not passed to an additional provider unnecessarily.
5. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use cookies and does not run any analytics or advertising service. There is no Google Analytics, no ad tracking, and no social media tracking code.
The fonts used on this site are served from our own server rather than a third party. Opening the website therefore does not transfer your data to any third party, which is also why we do not display a cookie consent banner.
6. Your rights
You have the following rights in relation to our processing. Please raise any request using the contact details above; we will respond within one month at the latest.
- Access
- You may ask whether we process data about you and, if so, request a copy of it.
- Rectification
- You may ask us to correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data.
- Erasure
- You may ask us to delete your data where it is no longer needed, or where you withdraw your consent.
- Restriction of processing
- You may ask us to store your data but otherwise not process it — for example while we verify the accuracy of data you have contested.
- Data portability
- You may ask us to provide the data you supplied in a machine-readable format, or to transmit it to another controller.
- Withdrawal of consent
- You may withdraw your consent at any time without giving reasons. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
7. Remedies
If you believe our processing infringes your rights, please contact us first — most questions are resolved fastest that way. Beyond that, you may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority or bring proceedings before a court.
- Supervisory authority
- Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), Falk Miksa utca 9-11., 1055 Budapest, postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9., email: ugyfelszolgalat@naih.hu, website: naih.hu
- Judicial remedy
- You may bring proceedings before the court with jurisdiction over your place of residence or stay.
8. Changes to this notice
We reserve the right to amend this notice if our processing changes. The version in force at any given time is available on this page, together with its effective date.
